The City of West Richland Animal Shelter will be hosting a “Yappy Hour” event on May 13th from 5pm – 7pm at the Sandberg Event Center. Owners and their dogs (on a leash please) can attend the gathering, with the admission costing only puppy, kitten or dog /cat food (canned or dry).
