Bogert International is making news with the development of, and sale to the U.S. Army with a contract to supply around 100,000 specialized jacks for the Army’s Humvee vehicles. The company based in Pasco manufactures a patented jack that allows soliders to change a flat in about 3 minutes when in a war zone’s sandy conditions.
The hope is that future applications outside the military, possibily in the agricultural field, could bring new ventures for Bogert. Currently, they are working on filling orders for the Army and are talking with creators of Humvee to make thier jack available on all new Humvee’s built.
